This building-wide renovation introduces the Integrated Care Team model to the facility’s 22 exam room out-patient clinic, adds a seven-exam room Special Clinic for visiting practitioners, and completely reconstructs the lab, pharmacy, optometry and physical therapy facilities. Work includes development of a new, standard set of finishes to be used on this as well as all other projects for this client, emphasizing Southeast Alaska’s natural beauty through use of color, texture and transparency reflective of the natural environment. Work is phased and sequenced to allow construction to occur without interrupting ongoing healthcare operations.
