The Spickler Egan/TIA building, a pre-engineered steel framed and metal clad office building, was designed and constructed within a 12 month period. The success of this project is the result of clear-thinking owners, builders and designers matching vision with budget and schedule.

The result is high quality office suites offering lofty ceilings, daylight in virtually every room, and low maintenance, low emission finishes. This is a high profile and contemporary building in our community, and will provide the owners decades of service.

The Spickler Egan Financial Services and Title Insurance Agency building began as a design build project lead by general contractor North Pacific Erectors in 2005. NorthWind Architects was brought on to the contractor’s team in the fall of 2005, to develop an economical commercial office building. Design carried on through the winter and construction started in the spring of 2006. The building was occupied by its tenant owners by the winter of 2006-2007.
