Located off Zimovia Highway in Wrangell, this adaptive repurposed of a 2500 square foot duplex, now acts as the tribal administration office for the Wrangell Cooperative Association (WCA). To reflect the Tlingit entity operating here, panels were designed that showcase Tlingit formline artwork, designed by Steve Brown. It was important to NorthWind that as a tribal building serving tribal members, it should be evident to all that this is a Tlingit space. This is what led the decision to include the formline panels on all four of the exterior facades. This new office has allowed the WCA to continue to grow and expand to better serve their tribal members of Wrangell.
