This regionally remote facility was formerly a convenience store and gas station, converted to multi-service line healthcare use in the 1990s. Work includes renovation and expansion of twelve exam rooms, five dental operatories, and addition of new Computed Tomography facilities. The renovation emphasized patient experience using warm-toned natural materials throughout and modernization utilizing an interior glazed and sky-lit integrated care team work area acting as the hub of the clinic and bringing natural light into its core. Work is phased and sequenced to allow construction to occur without interrupting ongoing healthcare operations.
