NorthWind Architects served as project manager in developing a Memorandum of Agreement between the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and JBER when Section 106 was instigated. Documentation included historic research, creating scaled drawings of existing conditions, meetings with both interested parties that signed the MOA and design of signage to be installed at the building site after demolition.
