NorthWind Architects was engaged in a Section 106 effort to document a historic building before demolition, craft a Memorandum of Agreement between the State Historic Preservation Office and the Bureau of Indian Affairs on mitigation efforts, lead a public participation effort to determine what mitigation efforts would best serve the community of Nome, and execute the mitigation efforts with a local museum partnership.
