The Willoughby District Parking Study was an urban planning exercise to help the City and Borough of Juneau move to the next phase of civic renewal in the Centennial Hall/Alaska State Museum neighborhood.

With planners Sheinberg Associates, NorthWind Architects facilitated and documented existing conditions, analyzed infrastructure challenges and worked out options to use as a basis for future design decisions.
